Hallow’s End Issue
There is issues with candy buckets and looting them, which is preventing people from gaining achievements.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Hallow’s End candy buckets that is affecting the Trick or Treat Achievements for this event. Certain candy buckets in Northrend, once looted, are preventing characters from looting some of the Candy Buckets required for the Trick or Treats of Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor and Outlands. The current way to work around this is to get the candy buckets from Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, and Outland before doing any in Northrend.
Note, doing the Achievements first will prevent some of the Northrend Candy Buckets from being intractable.
We are actively working on a resolution for this and will provide more information when it is available.

This is also something we’re interested in doing, but it requires a bit more infrastructure work. We don’t have any projected time frame for such a feature at the moment.

We’re still discussing the addition of commendations for emblems. While all of the reputation changes are subject to revision, the point with which you hold contention is currently being debated internally as well.
Old battleground reputations in Cataclysm (Source)
I don’t have any information to share on the subject at this time. While revamping many aspects of the old world in our next expansion, we’re sure to touch upon reputations, but I’m unable to guarantee any kind of changes to Battleground reputations as of yet. I can only say any such change likely wouldn’t happen until Cataclysm and it’s too early to tell.

One of the points of casters talenting into 200% crits is to make sure they do more damage than other specs of the same class.
