Chill of the Throne
A new thing that Blizzard added for Icecrown Citadel is, you lose 1% of your health every 3 seconds while in the zone. This is because of the spell Chill of the Throne that damages you.

The chilling presence of the Frozen Throne deals 1% health as Frost damage to all nearby enemies every 3 sec. |

 Bone Spike Graveyard
Hurls a massive bone spike which impales any enemies in the way, dealing 12000 Physical damage, stunning them and causing them to bleed for 5 minutes. Deals 10% health per sec while impaled. Bone Spikes have 37900 health and must be killed. |

 Coldflame
Summons a line of frost that hits enemies in the way. Inflicts 7000 Frost damage every 1 sec for 3 sec. |

 Saber Lash
Splits 300% of normal melee damage to an enemy and its two nearest allies. |
|
 Whirlwind
Attacks nearby enemies in a whirlwind of bone, which causes them to bleed for 15 sec. Deals 5000 Physical damage instantly and 2500 every 3 sec. |
